Cleaning out the fridge again. Today I’m working on the fuji apple and goat brie combo. This cheese is super delightful – tangy and bright, but smooth and creamy at the same time. I’ve always liked cheese, but I’m really just starting on my journey of fully appreciating the small details and differences in types.
Goat cheese. Oh my. So sad I put it off so long! I’ll just have to make up for it now.
